GhostScript crashes (gswin32c.exe, gswin64c.exe)

Hi,
Has anybody used "FreePDF" or "PDFCreator" to print in a PDF-File?
When TestComplete is started I always get the following error:

"gswin32c.exe does not respond" (or gswin64c.exe)

This only happens when TestComplete is started else it works like a charm.

Any suggestions/workarounds to get over this?
