ActionGroup EnabledWsdlProjectActions not appeared in SoapUI NG view

Hi team ,

 I want to add a submenu in the project level after we switch to SoapuiNG view , so i search in our github document: https://github.com/SmartBear/ready-api-plugins/blob/master/ready-api-plugin-archetype/src/main/resources/common/ActionGroups.txt

I had tried used these actiongroup ,but it only appeared in our Projects Tab not in SOAPUI NG view for project level ,

WsdlProjectActions

EnabledWsdlProjectActions

CompositeWsdlProjectActions

also I had tried this actionGroup : FunctionalModuleTopLevelEnabledProjectActions  ApisModuleTopLevelProjectActions ,then I can saw the submenu context in project leave switched to SOAPUI NG view ,but if i closed the readyapi ,and reopen readyapi again , I cannot see the submenu again .

So team do you know how to add the submenu in project level if we switched to SOAPUI NG Tab ? thanks very much .
