I am completely new to SoapUI (free version), and I preface all of this with the fact that I am not a programmer (explain it like I'm 5 if possible).
That being said, I am learning to use soupui on my own, so that I can do web service testing for work. Currently I have got my WSDL into the program and I am creating requests in which to do tests. The problem I am running into is that some of the responses come back base64 encoded and I need to see them decoded. I have other ways of decoding this, but that requires either going to a website, or opening another program. It kind of defeats automating the test in the first place. I know there has to be a way of doing this when I run the request or the testsuite, but I haven't been able to figure this out. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Would this be a case of using the Groovy plugin? Or is there a way already in soapui?
